There have been so many times I wanted to strike back, but I realized it doesn’t solve anything and that God sees all and justice belongs to him. There is no true justice in the world.
One question…does this apply to modernists? I’m pretty sure Pope Pius X said it was ok to punch them in the face. (Just kidding!) I have several sets of brass knuckles to return now.
Ha, I suspect Pope Pius X had a rather different definition of modernists in mind, though the sentiment is appreciated. Perhaps the brass knuckles can stay holstered for now, bearing wrongs patiently doesn't mean bearing them silently. There's a difference between endurance and surrender.
