The Dangerous Comfort of “The Left”

One of the most dangerous habits on our side is something so subtle, we barely notice we’re doing it - the casual, constant use of the term “the Left.”

It feels like a convenient shorthand: Left versus Right. Liberal versus Conservative. That old political spectrum we were all taught to accept without question.

But that spectrum is a lie. Not just false - a trap. It forces us to treat the most fundamental moral questions as if they’re simply policy differences on some imaginary line. As if truth and falsehood, order and chaos, good and evil are just “flavours” of opinion. That is exactly how the madness spreads.

By calling it the Left, we make it sound like it’s just another viewpoint - respectable, worth considering, maybe even deserving a seat at the table. It’s not. Many times, it’s pure evil masquerading as compassion.

Insanity Disguised as Ideology

A man claims he’s a woman and demands access to women’s bathrooms, prisons, and sports. He insists you affirm his delusion - not merely tolerate it, but actively participate in it - or be punished. Is this just “the Left”? No. It’s a lie. A distortion of reality. A denial of truth itself.

When we call this “Leftist,” we inadvertently give it legitimacy. We hand it a banner to march under, a title to wear like a badge of honour. We frame what is madness as if it were a coherent ideology. This is the moral equivalent of granting a serial liar their own microphone and calling it “free speech” rather than “spreading falsehood.”

And here’s the truth few want to admit: the same kind of insanity exists on the so-called “Right.” Different branding, different slogans, but the same rejection of truth when it suits them. Same bird, different wing. The bird itself is corrupt. So no - I am not Left-wing, and I am not Right-wing. I serve truth.

Flattening the Moral Universe

Once you buy into Left vs. Right, you stop asking the only question that matters: Is it true? Instead, you start asking, Which side said it?

Drag queens reading to children? “Oh, that’s just something on the Left.”

Wrong - it’s grooming, plain and simple.

Abortion? “That’s just their view on reproductive rights.”

Wrong - it’s the deliberate taking of an innocent life.

This “spectrum” thinking flattens the moral universe into a grey blur where nothing is objectively right or wrong - just “left-leaning” or “right-leaning.” Objective, eternal truths get reduced to mere opinions. Righteousness is rebranded as “old-fashioned,” and perversion is repackaged as “expression.”

If we keep talking like this, we will keep losing, because the battle is not about where something sits on the spectrum - it’s about whether it stands on truth or collapses in lies.

The Left Knows the Power of Language

This is not just semantics - it’s linguistic warfare. And those who call themselves “the Left” understand it better than anyone. For decades they’ve been redefining words and concepts: man, woman, marriage, freedom, justice, even the idea of reality itself.

They say “gender-affirming care,” we say “trans surgery” - but even that cedes ground, because we’re still fighting on their linguistic battlefield. They say “choice,” we say “abortion” - and they’ve already framed it as empowerment rather than killing. They say “minor-attracted persons,” and too many on the so-called Right still call them “progressives,” as if there’s anything progressive about normalizing paedophilia.

Here’s the sting: the “Right” does the same thing when it suits their power. They use euphemisms to dress up greed, justify war, or whitewash corruption. Both wings play the same linguistic games, because they serve the same bird. And if you fight this war while still buying their language, you’ve already lost.

This is Not Politics - It’s War

If we’re serious about defending truth, we have to stop pretending this is politics.

God never handed down a political spectrum. He gave commandments, not party platforms. He gave truth and warned of the consequences for rejecting it.

There is no middle ground between male and female.

There is no compromise between truth and falsehood.

There is no “neutral” when children are being mutilated, when lies are codified into law, when evil parades down the street and dares you to speak against it.

And let’s be clear: it’s not “Leftist” to teach pornography to children in schools. It’s not “Leftist” to say men can breastfeed. It’s not “Leftist” to claim a child can change sex. That’s not Leftism. That’s war against reality itself.

Nor is it uniquely Left to worship money, to exploit workers, to engage in unjust wars. The Right does these too. Both wings share in the destruction because both wings reject truth whenever truth threatens their power.

Call It What It Is

Stop giving this madness the dignity of ideology. Stop calling it “just the other side.” Call it by its real name: rebellion against truth. Sin. Cowardice. Madness. Evil.

The truth is not one end of a spectrum - it is a rock, unmoving and unchanging. Everything else is either built on it or shattered by it.

So speak like it. Fight like it. Stop defending a wing of the bird and start rejecting the bird altogether. Because in the end, there is no Left or Right when it comes to truth. There is only right or wrong. And the line between them is not political. It is eternal.
